What happens after I reserve?

Your ฿75,000reservation fee is held by Stripe. The operator reaches out within 24 hours over WhatsApp or email to schedule the viewing and lease signing. At signing, the reservation fee counts toward your first month's rent. A separate ฿150,000security deposit (two months' rent) is paid at signing and refunded at check-out. If either party doesn't proceed within 7 days, the reservation fee is returned in full.

Can I view the unit before reserving?

Of course — message us on WhatsApp and we'll get you in to see the unit before any money changes hands. Some renters prefer to reserve immediately to lock the unit; either path is fine.
